After completing my MSc in Mechanical Engineering at Delft University of Technology, I started my career at Procter & Gamble, where I was trained in world-class marketing and sales. I later joined the Management Team of Pepsi-Cola Benelux, further sharpening my commercial and leadership skills in a fast-moving, results-driven environment.

When our first son was born, I chose a different path. I left corporate life to found my own management consulting practice, allowing me to better combine work, family and purpose. Since then, I have worked with leadership teams of both large and smaller organizations, including Royal Dutch Telecom, Vodafone, Danone, Unilever, Nestlé, Heineken and Reckitt Benckiser — in Europe and far beyond.
When our first son was born, I chose a different path. I left corporate life to found my own management consulting practice, allowing me to better combine work, family and purpose. In 2005, my family and I took a year off to travel through the United States in a motorhome. That year profoundly shaped my perspective on life, work and what truly matters. Afterwards we moved to Spain, where we built a home and a leadership center by the Mediterranean. Ten years later, I returned to the Netherlands with a renewed commitment to contributing to a more liveable and meaningful future — for ourselves and for generations to come.

I am the founder and former SeaEO of The Seaweed Company, where an international team farms, processes and markets seaweed worldwide to support the health of people, animals, crops and soils. Building this company taught me what it really means to combine purpose, entrepreneurship and long-term impact.

In recent years, I have consciously broadened my work. I now facilitate Sound Journeys as a way to support reflection and deep rest, co-founded the natural skincare brand Salassia with my son, and explore energy solutions that help people and organizations become more independent and resilient.

I help people and organizations slow down when needed, sharpen their focus, and reconnect with what truly drives them. So they can act with clarity and create the impact they are aiming for.
