Joost is an experienced trainer, facilitator, speaker and coach with over 30 years of experience in FMCG, leadership development and entrepreneurship. After earning his MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology, he worked at Procter & Gamble and later joined the Management Team of Pepsi-Cola Benelux.
He went on to found his own management consulting practice and has since worked with leadership teams of organizations such as Vodafone, Danone, Unilever, Nestlé, Heineken and Reckitt Benckiser. Joost is also the founder and former SeaEO of The Seaweed Company.
Today, Joost supports organizations in navigating complexity and change by combining strategic clarity with reflection, presence and human connection.
